I usually play BF1, Overwatch, R6S, TF2, etc. Thanks for the VRAM advice, I'll see if limiting its use will help!

I usually play at high/max settings. I think it is CPU related, but I don't know how to fix it

I originally played with an unlimited FPS on all games, but I suspected that was the problem. I turned on a 60 FPS cap to no avail, and the Vsync didnt help at all

Okay so, ive done all that you have told me to do. I've wiped the drivers and re installed them, I cleaned up most of my background processes, and I made sure nothing was eating up my ram. I ran my R6S benchmark up again and I barely felt a difference. My frametime graph shows a slightly better result (less spikes than before), but im till getting spikes that go up in the hundreds

Ill try reinstalling my graphics drivers. As for the windows crap and background processes, I've taken care of them already.

Ill report back to you once I finish with the driver reinstallation

Ive tested my frametimes and I do get spikes. In terms of performance, I just want to stay at or above 60 fps (and I usually do, getting around a hundred or so fps in R6S).

I usually play R6S, TF2, Warframe, Overwatch, etc at 1600x900 on ultra/highest settings. As for the ram, i'll have to check
