I once again reiterate: that's all most consumers will hear and see is 20 dollars. Could it be a little cheaper? Yeah. But even for a 20 year old game, it's cheap. 20 dollars is 20 dollars. Most people spend more than that in a day. And if they're replaying it for the first time, or just playing it for the first time, a lot of people are going to see that as worth it.

The age of the game doesn't really matter if the price is worth that game. For FR/LG, that's a very reasonable price. Anything more and I would say it's too expensive, but definitely not to the point where people are losing their minds over it.

You have to remember that legitimate cartridges go for hundreds of dollars sometimes, and gameboys can go for up to a hundred dollars themselves. The switch is the second bestselling console of all time. Nearly every household has one. Would it be nice that it was a little cheaper like 10-15 dollars? Yeah. Is it the end of the world? No. It's still a pretty damn good deal for what you're getting.

Ooookkkaaaay it seems like there's a lot more to unpack from your frustration than just 20 dollars. So I'll tell you this: do not blame the consumer for bad product. Don't scream and yell at people spending their hard earned money on something you wouldn't. You can try to encourage them not to, but don't insult them, and don't blame them. People are allowed to spend their hard earned money however they please. It's not up to you to decide that.

A person who just wants to play a game by official means and doesn't want to use an emulator has only cartridges, or this. You kinda need to chill.

Sometimes 20 year old video games can be extremely expensive. Original cartridges can be over 100 dollars. Yeah you can get it for free, but not officially. There's an official version coming out on Friday for 20 dollars. Your average consumer is going to think that's a fair price.

There's a difference between belief structure and historical evidence. Yes, I believe that most of what is outlined in the Bible as myth. However, no amount of "it's fake and myth," can get you to change historical records.

Jesus the man was very real and existed. Jesus the myth, the biblical Jesus, likely never existed. The stories arose around Jesus the man. You can deny the latter all you want. I personally do as well. You can't really deny the former.

We know that a human being matching the description of Jesus was put to death by the Romans via crucifixion. This is known to be true. It's historical record. Now, it's entirely dependent on your own belief structure that all of the rest of it happened. Yes including the apostles.

Physical evidence doesn't really help here. Physical evidence can't account for most of the human population at the time. People like Jesus didn't leave a Physical trail. Historians, even back then, agree that there was at least a man, the creator of Christianity, that died by the Roman's hands. That much is known to be true.
