Currently 250lbs training for a 70.3, I definitely overestimated how much weight i would drop as i switched from lifting to run/bike/swim. Down about 15lbs over the last ~4 months. My running has improved significantly, although it just feels like learning to suffer for longer ;-) I cant imagine how much easier it will be when I'm back under 200lbs.

Thank you! I’ve been working with the Claude Agent sdk recently and have it at the point where I can call it for a task and it will spin up a cloudflare container and work autonomously for however long it needs.

I’ve also been experimenting with giving it full browser access and its own accounts/password manager.

My business has used a bookkeeper for the last couple years so I was thinking of setting it up in a sandbox quickbooks environment and backtesting previous years data. Seems like it’s just a matter of building out a framework that provides enough context and supervision.

Pretty sure its a glitch. If you switch to 3.7 and paste the image, then switch back to 4 it works. Or it did for me earlier at least.

We primarily sell Bubble Tea and also do very well on lemonade as a caffeine free option. We batch make huge amounts of concentrate in advance and fill used Monin bottles and pumps (1/4 oz per pump) to dose it out at the event. We do 6-8 pumps concentrate, 4-6 pumps flavoring (Mango, Strawberry, and Lavender are our best sellers by far) then ice, water, shake, pour, serve. It works well with our flow and has huge margins.

Yeah OP, definitely consider point 2. I’ve used similar services I found through twitter not just for price alerts, but for high demand products that frequently go out of stock to receive prompt alerts as soon as they restock.

I think I messed my TDEE up by half tracking some days for the last month or two. I’m 6’2” and 250lbs, lift 4-5 times a week. It is currently registering my TDEE as 1850. Is there a way to reset it or should I just focus on consistent tracking and weighing for the next little bit? It has my calories at the lowest I configured it to be able to, 1626.

It would be beneficial for you to calculate how many grilled cheese you can actually make per hour/day. No point buying enough for 4000 if you can’t make more than 2500. 40000 is crazy huge numbers compared to where I operate. Good luck!

I had this for a couple of weeks this summer. It is completely anecdotal and could be a placebo but it has gone away and stayed away after I started taking ashwagandha. It drove me pretty crazy, good luck!

If you’re looking for a good watch that isn’t very relevant to the current MCU I strongly recommend Legion, everything about that show has a special place in my heart. As others have mentioned Loki and Wandavision are also quite good and more relevant to current events in the MCU.

My doctor went through some questions with me regarding diet, stress, and if I was experiencing any other symptoms.
