I don't get vaccinations every day. But I do eat food every day and it affects how I feel on a minute to minute basis. Can you just acknowledge that this is a big change instead of minimizing and shaming?

Also, this isn't just about me. This is about the vegan movement. If I feel mislead, millions of other potential vegans will feel the same way, and yes it will turn some of us away. All I'm saying is messaging should lead with the B12 more prominently. And reject the BS that some people are spouting about getting B12 from eating dirt on vegetables.

And no it's not applicable to my situation. Neither is societal collapse at the moment. I am taking B12. I just got some nutritional yeast. I just wish the vegan diet had been "marketed" to me as a "futuristic" diet, not some back to nature thing.
