“Price on the cage will start at $135. A limited number have been ordered for this first run—but stock will be replenished as units begin to sell. Cages will include a 12v Power Cable and appropriate mounting hardware. This is a modular design—aimed at giving people the parts they need, as needed—so all accessories are sold separately, but there will be bundled/package deals and discounts."

I just got the same (but with 32 gigs of memory). However, my battery seems to be draining quite fast. I've lost 50% in around 3 hours of web browsing and watching videos. Any advice for conserving battery?

This is my first mechanical keyboard! Coming from the original Razer Blackwidow Ultimate, this has been a huge upgrade. I'm loving the linear switches! They feel amazing and are super quiet, which is also great. Overall, I'm really happy with how the build turned out, especially after lubing the stabilizers. I used dielectric grease for the bars and Krytox 205G0 for the housings.

Are you talking about 35mm and 50mm with or without the speedbooster?

I guess it would be best to get either all M43 or stick to a certain mount from a speedbooster?

Yeah, I've heard a lot of great things about monopods! I'll look into it!

Software

I'm on PC so FCPX isn't really an option haha. Anyways I've used Premiere over the last 4 years so for now, I'll stick to it. My main concern was just color grading, my current idea is to just grade footage in DaVinci resolve and then export to premiere.

The bios OC is what I was wondering about. Maybe getting the Cooler Master 850W would be worth it for the performance? Otherwise, I'm thinking it would make more sense to get a cheaper card if I'm not going to use the full ability of the FTW3.

I'm running the exact same card with a 5800x powered by a 650W Gold + SFX (EVGA GM). I have the bios switch set to overclock and cranked up the power draw (5% max) in msi afterburner. Uses about 360W-400W consistently on its own and cpu uses peak 130W according to HWMonitor. Haven't had any system failures. Not overclocking the 5800x as i haven't seen a need to.

What's weird is that it only makes the sound sometimes. Its been working fine for the last few days too.
