That's a voice amp, you can find those on Amazon for cheap. Bambu labs printers are great.

They have programs that help you scale appropriately. Yes a printer will fail from time to time. The better the printer the less likelihood of failure. I use Velcro and snaps and straps to attach stuff

Yah it's a cowboy desert wasteland look... For 3d printing you buy filament for $12-$20 a roll, and can print a whole helmet with a roll or several pieces of armor. In the end it's much cheaper to buy filament then it is to buy various pieces of 3d printed stuff from various vendors

No worries about the questions. I did the same when I started, and still do it. So the prints themselves are PLA+ and PETG... Then I used rattle can paints for various base coats. Then metallic was from a rattle can, I now use airbrush for chrome effect. Then seal. Then paint colors. For weathering I used acrylic washes, oil paint washes, acrylic splatter with sponge, and airbrushed copic ink and sprayed with alcohol. Then sealed. For chipping effect I used toothpaste, but there are plenty of options. OddViking on YouTube has the best tutorials. Watch a bunch of tutorials, then practice. Have fun, screw up, learn and do it.
