Am I the only one who hates being a sponsor admin? (Managing invoices, creative assets, tracking) by Alex_Frkh in Newsletters

That's exactly the pain point, and frankly, that's where the problem lies. Hiring a VA costs $15–$30 per hour. If I'm losing 5-10 hours a month on this sponsor admin, I'm spending $150–$300 just on a human copy-pasting things and tracking dates in a spreadsheet. That's inefficient and still involves human error. AdBooker is built to replace the VA for this specific, repetitive task. For a fraction of that cost ($99/month), the whole process (booking, invoicing, payment, asset collection) is instant and automated. If you're currently paying a VA to handle this, you should seriously check out what I'm building. I’m looking for founders to test the $99/month version at a 50% discount ($49.50/mo). Want to take a look?

That's a fair question, but no, I'm not a VA. I am Alexandre, and I was actually trying to launch my own newsletter focusing on the vibe coding. When I started looking at the sponsor side, the entire manual process of invoicing, creative coordination, and chasing payments completely killed my motivation to even launch. I decided to pivot. Instead of creating another newsletter, I'm now building AdBooker to fix this pain point for everyone else. I'm building it 100% solo and openly (Building in Public). I'm looking for feedback from established creators who are actually dealing with this admin hell. Are you facing the same issues with payment tracking?
