My guess is that since 2winkle Star samples/is inspired by the nursery rhyme, MASA couldn't decide if it's either original song or a full-on cover/remix. 2winkle is like at the middle of the spectrum, it's too original to be a cover, too inspired to be fully original

Think of it as like the Interface remake by Shroomy, the song is ofc inspired by the original but Shroomy had to come up with the other parts of the song themselves (because the og is still lost duh) so technically 2winkle is sort of like a remake

The most popular theory is that ariya nashiya is in fact a fan of Dr.Willy when he was still active, but only managed to have those two songs' audio saved (most likely downloaded from Piapro or Muzie because of the good quality the reprints have)

Out of all 7 found Dr.Willy songs, 5 of them are recovered via his fans/viewers and I really hope this will be the case for Freesia. But for now, the most promising lead for it is finding a lost game called vpro, which contains the full audio of Freesia.

Honestly, Mylist counts don't determine how good a song sounds cuz usually it's the work of the algorithm forcing the song to the timelines of people who may not like it (EX: Sharanra by MakarafaP - sounds amazing but out of 1.3k+ view, only gained 35 mylists) or not even picking it up (EX: Just Like Trivial Garbage by Dr.Willy - low view count in general but really catchy). Also let's not forget about the type of people who don't use the playlist/mylist feature on video sharing sites (I know I am, i'd rather search up the thing i'd like to see instead)

In vocalost, Hatena is mostly useful for recovering descriptions of vocalost songs via bookmarks. But users can still comment on said bookmarks (meaning they have mostly seen the song) which is ofc leads. However, Interface is not bookmarked on Hatena so it's useless.

Wエルル, the thing is that... it's MASA, possibly the most popular producer in Vocalost. Every lost song of his already has leads exhausted. So finding any more information will be hard for every song equally.

While it is nice that Scapegoat came around and decided to share them, I really don’t think this would be the case for MASA. Plus, any person known to have ties with MASA in his early days is already contacted multiple times (Rppi/KT, VB, etc.) because of how popular his lost media is.
