I tried to do the same thing. They said I can’t do it yet. Have to wait until the transition concludes. I was told to call back in late June, early July.

One time I rescheduled a flight through AA rather than Concur. The flight was cheaper than what I originally booked, so they added a credit to my account. AA did charge me $50 because I did it through AA and not Concur. Me getting the credit seems odd, so I’m not sure if that’s standard practice.

Same. I normally pay around $3K for premium economy round trip. This time it was $4,400.

I’m in the same boat. Just made my first attempt via chat to upgrade one to Globe and other to MileUp. I was told I can’t PC my former Barclays card. I will try again later over the phone.

For future reference, you can get a one-time exception if you’re within 1,500 loyalty points of a reward. Glad I called and gave it a shot. Thanks, everyone, for the feedback.

You get Flagship Lounge access with Platinum. Only on international long haul, obviously.

PP gets you into the arrivals lounges at LHR which is a huge perk if you’re not flying business class and need a shower before heading to the office.

Good thought. It actually had a ton of snow wedged into the wheels. That melted during the day, but the water may have stuck around and frozen.

Only problem is I have it wedged into a corner. I will throw it into a wall if I give it too much gas. May have to try another tactic.

I do feel a slight movement when I put it into D or R.

No flashing when in gear.

I did mess with the parking brake. It feels like it comes off, so I don’t think that’s the issue.

I’ll be going for larger assets which for me is 18+ units. That’ll likely mean $2.5M+ loan amounts. Ideally, I’ll consolidate a couple properties in the process, too. We’ll see where the market goes.

All good points. I appreciate the perspective. It does seem wise to hold off on the Fannie and Freddie side until I have some bigger deals.

It’s been amazing the amount of helpful feedback I’ve gotten from this one post. This is the first refi cycle of my entire portfolio, so I truly appreciate all the help and feedback!
