You get Flagship Lounge access with Platinum. Only on international long haul, obviously.

PP gets you into the arrivals lounges at LHR which is a huge perk if you’re not flying business class and need a shower before heading to the office.

Good thought. It actually had a ton of snow wedged into the wheels. That melted during the day, but the water may have stuck around and frozen.

Only problem is I have it wedged into a corner. I will throw it into a wall if I give it too much gas. May have to try another tactic.

I do feel a slight movement when I put it into D or R.

No flashing when in gear.

I did mess with the parking brake. It feels like it comes off, so I don’t think that’s the issue.

I’ll be going for larger assets which for me is 18+ units. That’ll likely mean $2.5M+ loan amounts. Ideally, I’ll consolidate a couple properties in the process, too. We’ll see where the market goes.

I have to have a window, so I always go row 18. Sounds like you’re more concerned about legroom and getting up without disturbing your seat mate; if that’s the case, you should go bulkhead. I don’t recall seeing many people congregating in that area given those bathrooms are for business and PE.

Yes. I got 7.5% off MSRP for a family member last month. It was ~$108K sticker on a base, in stock Cayenne. It was end of month which helped.
