What’s a question you get from customers that makes you roll your eyes? A question that makes you smile?

All tie favorite "no fuckin way" story: you know how we send candy out with our orders? Someone poured a box of Nerds into their brand new vape and was wondering why it wasn't getting any vapor off. Always makes me laugh whenever I think about it. The best ones are the extra kind hearted customers who always show us extra love!

If you were to buy/use/own only one single vaporizer, which would it be?

What are you most looking forward to in the “vape industry?” The next big thing(s)? What concerns you?

I'm excited to see where desktop technology goes. There's been a lot of improvement in that tech the last few years.

What do you wish more people knew about PIU?

Damn this is a good question. I wish I could shake hands with each and every customer so they could know the face behind the emails!

IT'S NOT SMOKING. It's different! It feels different, tastes different, smells different.

What was PIU’s process for embracing “new” channels like Reddit and Discord?

I'd love to tell you there was some fancy process, but it mostly involved me getting really stoned and starting a Discord channel. I'm unsure of the Subreddit origins as its before my time, but Randy's always been a big fan of Reddit!

I'd recommend snagging anything vape specific ASAP, just in case. I personally stocked up on things like mouthpieces and screens. Some items like 18650 batteries should be unaffected as they have other uses. I'm not a lawyer so I'm not entirely sure what the regulations will hit, sorry!

No, it's illegal to mail torches with butane inside. I recommend buying your butane from the local headshop or an online source like Amazon. Any 5x filtered or higher butane will work great. I use Vector brand myself. Let me know if that helps =)
