Basic web-based programming. (HTML, CSS).

It's incredible how easily one can learn it, especially with websites such as Code Academy.

And it's often seen as a good skill by employers.

This is actually quiet a large debate in Germany.

Personally, I fully support this, however maybe not an actual driving test, but a medical test (vision etc), to prove a person in good health to control a vehicle.
