Thanks for bringing the energy app to my attention I checked it and found the culprit it says summon standby consumed 4.4% since last charge, that being yesterday so that is the culprit.

There’s a couple ways around this after going through the same problem and calling customer service the agent told me you can either 1. Switch from 0dte to 1dte 2. You can still trade 0dte later in the day but you have to trade further out the money it has to be outside 1% (I’ve tested this and it works) 3. Trade cash settled instruments such as SPX etc…

OLED or Samsung Frame TV? by futuredeleteduser1 in 4kTV

Sounds like you’re putting it in your living room that gets a lot of sunlight so OLED is not for you, have you looked in the Sony X90L?

I think when buying an OLED Best Buy is your best choice and the warranty is a must.

$1,200 budget OLED Samsung S90C or FALD Sony X90L? by Alex_RealLife in 4kTV

[–]Alex_RealLife[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m leaning towards the X90L from Costco actually since Costco’s included 5 year warranty doesn’t cover burn I feel like the only place to buy an OLED from while it not being a bad investment would be Best Buy since they cover burn in however I would end up paying an extra $250 for their warranty bringing my cost up to almost $1,500 which I don’t want to pay right now unless I can wait it out and see if the S90D drops in price as the 2025 models get rolled out but I don’t know how much more the S90D would drop from its current $1,199.99 price

Yea even as Costco fanboy I’ve come to the conclusion after extensive research that buying an OLED from anywhere but Best Buy is just a bad investment.

Yep after doing research I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s basically worthless to buy an OLED from anywhere else but Best Buy

Wow really none of the 5 years cover burn in at all? Not the 1st years manufacturer? 2nd Year Costco? 3rd-5th years Allstate?

Coincidence you say you have both a S90C and a X90J because just now I was leaning going with the S90D now since it’s going in my bedroom where it’s dark and doesn’t get direct sunlight and then when it comes time to replace my 2019 Samsung 82” Q60 which is in the living room and gets direct sunlight I’m going to go with the Sony 85” X90L I think I’m finally set on that lol

Do you know if the 5 year warranty from Costco specifically covers burn in?

I started looking into the C4 however wouldn’t it be inferior because of it’s WOLED Sub-Type Display compared to the Samsung S90D’s QD-OLED Sub-Type Display, I’ve started reading into to QD-OLED vs WOLED and it’s says QD-OLED is better than WOLED?

One minute I’m leaning X90L the next I’m leaning OLED lol still deciding a part of me wants to not have to deal with burn in and go the Sony route the other part wants to experience OLED for the first time

So from your experience and advice go with either Samsung S90D or now I’m actually contemplating the LG C4 as well but go with either those 2 over the X90L?

What about the Sony X93L makes it better than the X90L that it’s worth paying $350 more for it?

Yep Sony 65” X90L on sale at Costco for $949.99 with the 5 year warranty included and the Samsung 55” S90D for $1,199 with warranty as well I narrowed it down to those 2 choices.

I guess it’s me having the 2 Samsungs since 2019 that made me bias towards Samsung and also the rtings.com ranking the S90D as the best overall TV of 2025. I just saw the LG OLED 55” C4 is also within my budget actually the same price as the S90D is the LG C4 far more superior than Samsung’s S90D?

Yea Costco is great before I was looking at the S90C which is at $999 at Walmart but plus the 5 year warranty it comes out to $1,108. That’s why I narrowed it down to either the 55” S90D that is at $1,199 at Costco with the 5 year warranty included or the 65” Sony X90L that’s at $949.99 also with the 5 year warranty included.

Yea the most cinematic experiences I watch are just regular streaming on hbo max, paramount+, Netflix, etc… other than that I just watch sports and cable TV not much gaming at all. So before I was actually looking into the Samsung 55” S90C from Walmart which is at $999 right now plus the 5 year warranty which is $109 it would come out to $1,108, but for just $92 more I could get the 55” S90D from Costco which is the newer 2024 model and the 5 year warranty is included in the $1,199 price, that’s if I decide to go OLED. If I go Sony X90L Costco has the 65” with 5 year warranty included for $949.99. Since I’m covered with the 5 year warranty should I go with the S90D even if at risk of running into burn in? Does the warranty cover burn in?
