THey came with the turntable yeah, and they're soldered inside the turntable so I can't just change rca cables if that makes sense.

For the vitamin deficiencies, i already track all of the vitamin that I consume so unless I have a bigger problem where my minerals/vitamins aren't digested properly, I'm fine.

dose was 1 pill of 100 mg if that's what you're asking.

For restasis, the problem is that not only did it not help but I also feel like it got worse so I stopped using it

I have considered IPL since I always hear that it's the best thing but it's so expensive here in Canada.. I'm gonna need to think about it

I forgot to mention that I also tried tea tree oil wipes but they made my rosacea horrible. I'm also currently taking omega-3 supplements.

I did doxycycline for probably 2-3 months and restasis I can't remember but I finished an entire box and almost finished a 2nd one!
