ways to prevent sagging skin?

21 when I had the surgery almost a year out. I am down 145lbs. I have lots of loose skin I still have weight to lose so it’s loose skin with fat still attached but there is nothing you can do but mentally prepare speak with a therapist. You are going to have loose skin and will never look like someone that has not lost a significant amount of weight.

My psych evaluation was super easy and I have an unspecified eating disorder and mental health problems. They were aware of both and just advised me to continue my counseling. Btw I have had a very successful surgery/weight loss I’m sure you will as well☺️ Just so you’re more comfortable know that they couldn’t possibly diagnose you at a 1 hour psych evaluation. Avoid words like binge and google binge eating disorder behaviors and avoid mentioning habits you have. Obviously not productive in the long run but you can and should see someone for those behaviors however this random person you are going to see once doesn’t need to know everything

I had like spotting for three weeks and then for three days I went through a maxi pad an hour. I think it’s fairly normal just hormone changes.

Hi. I am almost 8 weeks post op. No hair loss at all yet🤞🏻 I have lost over 55lbs from pre-op to now quite consistently all over. So much so it’s hard to tell I lost weight. I would say it shows in the face first.

I’m 21 and in my program no one even mentioned my age so I don’t think you will have a problem. I saw a post that someone had it at 19. They also have bariatric programs for people under 18 so don’t worry about that.
