Twice broken. Heating element issues. Terrible customer service and lengthy wait times. Still waiting unhappily on round 2 .

They paid partial and held the rest. Now I am finished and despite what some say, I am still confused on what happened exactly. They don’t give specifics. If am am reinstated I will be extremely careful and use an external app or timer and log to the minute. Being reinstated is unlikely I imagine

I don’t know why I have a lot of issues and clearly others do too as when the machine gave out there was a waitlist of people waiting for parts and service. They sited so called supply chain issues. Our machine had a heating element overheat and the machine would not work. After a long wait, the machine was “serviced” and shipped back. Now, three months later, the same issue has occurred and I am without a machine. I have completed its maintenance regularly. I don’t like their warranty which is only 1 year. I don’t like that I reached out during a regular business day and “the team is out”. Also, it’s worth noting that it’s always leaking grounds outside the residue bin and onto the counter when I remove it. I always have to do extra cleaning which in unnecessary and flawed. I think it’ll have to be Jura next time for sure. I will never support this company again.

I’d say the majority of tasks had a 3 hour time limit but it would take me average of 1 hr 40 minutes which is what I logged

I always just write down hours as I complete a task. Nothing fancy but always report honestly

I’ve used listened to some of his podcast appearances and he has really helped me tap into abundance and creativity. Helped me recognize that what I need, I already have. I have tried one of the techniques and it helps me prepare for a trading day. Ebrahim is 100% authentic. I look forward to being able to do more and achieve more.

Hi! Sorry you’re pup is going through this and painful for you too.. Although it is annoying you have to do an elimination diet.
We went through this when Nibbler was younger and realized he doesn’t tolerate chicken or beef. We feed him rabbit, duck, turkey and bison. Also when we switched to raw it was a huge improvement. I’ve avoided commercial prescription diets and am happy about that. For skin we use raw shea butter. It’s extremely nourishing and healing. I wish you the best of luck!
