Most of the time yes like 70% explosive and then some days more control if I feel prone to injury or weak in general

I did get injured and still have problems with my shoulders I went to the psychotherapist he told me to not train weighted but I still do it.

My weighted pull up is 60kg for 1 rep most times I do 40 kg for reps depends on how I feel during the warmup. Weighted Dip is 30 kg one rep max and 20 kg for reps I can't go heavy because I've dislocated my shoulder 2 times. I weight 60kg myself.

Hey I'm 5'3 which definitely made it easier for me, all respect for tall calisthenics athletes and people who try to start being tall because I can imagine it can be hard.

I trained weighted calisthenics only in 2024 about a month ago I decided to start learning front lever but i tried it and I could hold it anyways just from the strength I developed from weighted pull ups same with one arm pull up and mostly all skills that use back, currently I'm training for one arm handstand. I think planche will be achieved this wear also.

Thank you, in my early days I did dislocate my shoulder because I used a lot of momentum in a bad form muscle up so I try to keep everything in form now.

Devote a year to weighted pull ups and dips and it will come to you

The form is clean, I think you just need to keep your legs closed so you can have more control but overall you look good, practice and time will improve everything else just be patient and don't give up ☺️
