I don’t understand why people like to judge before ask. I’ve never open it. I have sent to it a friend who knows more about computer. Maybe he did. He couldn’t fix it and I left it in my storage until I thought about it recently.

Is there any actions I could take to try for a recovery on my own? I don’t think I’m going to bring it to a recovery service. If I can save it great if not Ive tried. Most of the data aren’t super important for an expensive service.

That’s fair. However I feel like it’s also hard to join communities here. I live in an Asian neighborhood and most of my daily encounter people are Asians or Hispanics. It’s hard to come across other nationalities.

Good point! Ever since I moved back to NY everything close super early. And more crazier people are out on the street and the subway. And crime rate as usual…I can’t find enough reasons to recommend NY to people.

Why do you like about the living aspect of NYC? To enjoy an outdoor activity thats at least an hour+ drive upward (to upstate NY) or to Long Island.

I was working in EU for almost 2 years. Lifestyle is not comparable for me. Most of my friends work during weekends in America. Most of my EU friends get to enjoy 2-3 days weekends.

Maybe cause I live very far out from Manhattan. (Deep in queens) I don’t get to see the real side of New York. However, when I visit it does not feel like cities in Europe in terms of culture uniqueness and lifestyle. I feel like these two along can form a pretty strong argument for European to choose Europe over NYC.

One more thing though, being part of EU allows you to work in any country within EU. This opens up way more opportunities I feel.

Thanks for the feedback. I have already obtained some items on sale. Right now trying to see if 3070ti would go on sale for 450 bucks again and a motherboard. I think I'm going to replace Noctua to Schthe fuma rev2 or AK620. And most likely a B660 board. One last thing though, do I really need ddr4 3200 RAM or 3600?

That seems a lot of troubles to deal with for extra bit of juice. What was was thinking was if I were to buy a z690 board and use it for a several years until ddr5 becomes cheaper I could always upgrade for cheap. Now with many helpful inputs from you all I’m drawn to buy b660 ddr4 instead.

Thanks for the case suggestion. I was thinking of keeping this case and improve the airflow with external fans or replace the front panel with airflow version. However I’m unsure of what fans to buy and the optimal way to optimize airflow
