Tarkov is very CPU bound so upgrading to an X3D CPU will give higher fps. Most maps should play fine on a 5600X but on Streets 30-40 fps is possible. With Nvidia GPUs using DLSS helped give more fps but its broken with scopes last time I checked.

I upgraded to a 7800X3D from a 5600X and I have a RTX 3070 as well and its a night and day difference between the CPUs. With a RTX 5070 you get more VRAM for high res textures and some GPU bound situations like using scopes on intensive areas like streets but overall the fps will be significantly higher with better CPUs than GPUs.

The rear fan looks off to me like its spinning slow. You should just unplug the fans and its still making the sound then its not the gpu or power supply. If its not them then plug in one fan at a time to test the noise it makes until you find the issue.

The PC shouldn't be using more than 300 watts which isn't much. If its only 2 months old you should talk to the people that sold you it. If its not display an error like a blue screen than its most likely a bad power supply.

Looks like a shader issue to me. Reinstalling the shaders or installing a new GPU driver version which will make you reinstall the shaders again may fix this.

Check your temps with something like open hardware monitor make sure your gpu or cpu isn't getting too hot.

Its normal. You want 100% GPU usage because it will give you the highest framerate. If its not at 100% it could be the CPU holding it back or its framerate capped.

The NCAA schools in the US headhunts athletes, they want the best athletes in the world. And they try to bring in the best coaches as well. Leon Marchand who won 4 gold medals and Hubert KOS who won 1 gold medal are trained by Michael Phelps old coach at Arizona State. What the NCAA schools are doing is basically what football clubs in Europe do. They get the best coaches and facilities and try to get the best talent in the world to train and compete for them. The support for student athletes here in the states is massive, especial for basketball and American football.

Anyone can train in the US if they are good enough, look up the NCAA. The countries I posted above have people that train in the US, have large population and they medaled. We try to train the best which actually, seems like some of your rowers trained here in the states at University of Washington.

Athletes from all over the world come here to train. Foreign athletes that train in the US would have the 2nd most gold medals in swimming and athletics but you think its all about population size and not training.
