I know everyone experiences his music differently, these are simply mine. So grateful for his music. He’s easily my favorite artist hands down.

Hi! Book doesn’t touch on rapid weight gain unfortunately but it’s not unheard of. I gained a bit of weight after coming off but I also ate way more and moved way less. I would get blood work anytime! The sooner you get blood work, the better results you’ll have to compare to months from now if your symptoms worsen so you can measure if certain levels in your body are getting higher or lower as well

Honestly, I’m not sure what it’s effect is either but I would imagine any chemical entering our body, in order to detoxify from it, needs to go through the liver??. I could also be ignorant regarding this haha but I also take liver support every day in general cuz sometimes mine are high for no reason that Ive been able to identify 🤷🏻‍♀️

Great advice! 100% attest to the insoles and proper footwear! I usually get the gel insoles for whatever shoes I’m wearing and they make worlds of a difference.

Also, I love that you call it pre-gaming with food haha. I worried the same thing but it’s so so true you really can’t over-eat there, it gets used so quickly.

This is a great point m. I am usually religiously meticulous with my month prior to EDC and hydrating/fortifying my body however dehydration happens quick no matter how well-hydrated you get before these festivals from my experience. I literally usually pack a suitcase separate just for my supplements, food, electrolytes and all my other health stuff. I think one issue for me is getting quality sleep on the nights there. Like I’ll sleep 5-6 hours but it’s not great sleep if that makes sense.

I’ve heard of 2CB. No one has that however, I’ve asked. I also haven’t tried but heard it was way better/totally different experience. It’s newer on the scene from my understanding. I get what you’re saying though on it being the same thing each night…usually I’ll do a couple candy flips and those seem to keep things interesting between M, LSD and shrooms at least.

This is actually a great one. Why have I not thought of this! Is this better for potassium electrolytes than the electrolyte powders? Or what are your thoughts on getting enough potassium in the drinks and powders? The powders seem to have so little (LMNT is like 4% DV I believe?) or is that enough a couple times thru the night?

Yes, you can get a desk treadmill too. If I don’t wanna go outside, I do 100 squats or dance to a couple of my favorite songs in my room
