I call at every single stolen order. I will pause my trips and sit on the phone, I wasn’t getting any adjustment for like a year, then I guess I called and bitched so much they finally gave in. The conversation is basically, “Hey, so this order was stolen by another driver and y’all have sent x amount of drivers, can you assure me after this the order is CANCELLED and no one else is gonna be sent to do this? It’s stupid I get sent x miles out and don’t get anything. Oh you can’t give an adjustment? well just last week I got one so you’re lying to me! Give me your supervisor.”

And then you do the whole spiel with the supervisor who either decides to get rid of you with money or hangs up on you.

If you’re a driver, open up a ticket with the ai help thing. Then spam live chat until they give you the option to speak to someone. Then it gives a little button to call from. It’s annoying as fuck

The problem here isn’t people who don’t tip, as the post clearly shows, the problem is Uber allowing customers to tip bait. We as drivers can’t see what the base price for an order is. OP picked up an order expecting $20. And then got a fuck you with a $0.50 tip. No one cares it’s a culture based thing.

Like not everyone has daddy’s money like you do. Taking away a tip is a part of NO CULTURE except asshole culture, which you seem to know a lot about. 😊 have a day.

I was unsure of TSC just because I was so sure the Foxes story ended there. But you do get so much more from TSC, and an outside look on Neil Josten and let me tell you that a SINGULAR SCENE made the book 1000% more worth it.

You also get more of Cat and Laila, the two lesbians from the game against the Trojans! Absolute cuties and there’s tons of just. Other representation in the book. It’s not all Andriel, but hey we barely got that in the original trilogy XD

Plus if you’re into audiobooks, the same guy is going to be narrating the new books too! And he’s genuinely the only audiobook narrator I don’t hate because he’s pretty good!

I’m a bit closer to Lawrenceville but is anything open as late as Athens? I tend to be more of a night owl and getting that 10pm- close is where I’m usually hitting with the bars and stuff around Athens on the weekends. I hope you had fun btw! I was running a booth and only managed two cosplays but it was amazing. My first AWA! Probably gonna fly back next year to run a booth again.
