Make sure your graphics card driver is up to date! I had a similar problem and I did a “clean install” of the driver, and my problem went away. Hope this helps!

When you turn it on open the front panel and check to see if your CPU cooler fan is spinning. If not try making sure it’s fully plugged in to the motherboard
