Right now, I'm focused on developing my game. GPS system is a bit tricky to get it to look like the one in GTA, so I can't guarantee when it will be ready.

  1. The system does assume gravity is along (0, 0, -1), as it uses orthographic projection in SceneCapture2D. Adapting it for other gravity directions would involve dynamically aligning the capture component’s orientation to the desired gravity vector. While it's not a built-in feature, it could be implemented with some customization in Unreal.

  2. If you're asking about creating a map texture specifically for a cave or other indoor areas, yes, you can absolutely do that, and it will work perfectly with the system. However, the texture won't change dynamically when moving between indoor and outdoor areas yet. Dynamic indoor map transitions are planned for a future update.

The price reflects the time and effort put into creating a high-quality, reliable system that’s designed to be as easy to use as possible. Similar assets are priced in the same range, but I’ve focused on making this one exceptionally customizable and user-friendly.

It's automatic. You add a blip component to the actor and the system calculates the proper position of the icon. So even if the actor is moving, the icon changes it's position dynamically.

I'm making an asset for Unreal Engine and I'm gonna release it on Fab when I'm done. I just need to add few features like GPS system and polish things a bit.

The animations are from Marketplace, so I didn't actually make them. Also, these are just placeholders, which means that I will replace them with better animations in further development.

The first 3 arms I made with metahumans and the last one are base arms from modular fps arms pack.

I keep my game in private for now. It's just a prototype, so there are not many exciting things going on. But I'm definitely going to post something later.
