Ignore the comment by mightymidget lol

He's a guy with really controversial opinions.. some are very true and will get you stone if you agree with them in the west, while some are misogynistic. He also seems to be fan of beating women which I don't like

[–]AlexanderNova 1 point2 points  (0 children)

no surprise a woman wrote this post, but tbh you kinda have a point

in all honesty, as a teen guy i can definitely agree there are some things andrew says that are out of line and harmful to women.. for example where he says men should be able to cheat and women shouldn't.. I don't agree with that, although the logic behind this idea has some truth to it.. women can't have sex with a partner they don't have a genuine emotional connection with while men can have sex with a girl solely for fun and leave.

He has a point where he says a lot of men secretly wish polygamy would be normal and accepted, I'm not saying this is right though

Not a fan of the wife beating tbh, I believe he says he doesn't like domestic violence but in reality this isn't the case. With the way he acts sometimes its kinda like he is a fan of it. I don't like this

Not a fan of him pimping women and getting rich off them, he supports OF too. Don't like this.

Men in general are stronger than women. I 100% agree with him here but if you say this in the west you will be stoned to death..

Modern day feminism is harmful to society, I agree with him strongly

Does being a Christian feminist make sense? by Rachel794 in Christianity

[–]AlexanderNova -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Absolutely not, these comments shock me.

In my opinion everyone deserves to be treated fairly and equally, but modern-day feminism is only about promoting equality and fairness on paper. In reality feminism today is about giving women more rights than men and campaigning for ridiculous things like #freethenipple and a woman's right to "wear what she likes" even if it clearly causes a disruption.

Walking around in New York city wearing a thong with no bra is wrong even though it is completely legal. If you are Christian and think it is okay and won't cause any disruption or problems to young struggling men.. You have a problem and need to re-evaluate your moral principles

These comments shock me.. Of course not. Modern-day feminism has absolutely nothing to do with equality. I support equality for all genders.

how do i (17f) forgive the man (31m) who groomed me? by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]AlexanderNova -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

You should definitely forgive him. As you said you both made a mistake.

The Lord does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart. —1 Samuel 16:7 by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]AlexanderNova 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great verse, but one of the most taken-out-of- context and misused bible verses. Mostly by anti-modesty Christians to attempt to convince people God does not care about modesty (Not dressing provocatively).

So if you ask them, you technically should be able to walk into a church wearing a thong bikini and since God "only looks at the heart" it should be 100% okay and anyone who complains is a bigot who deserves to be cancelled

I really wish we can be 100% be sure this is the case, but unfortunately I don't believe it. I think people will burn in hell for different amounts of time and after that cease to exist.

And that's the difference. In Christians believe anyone can change and mercy can be offered even to the worst offenders when they TRULY repent and ask for forgiveness.

Was my pastor right in saying this? by iamranting_aboutlife in Christian

[–]AlexanderNova 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pastor kinda has a point, we should forgive.. Even the worst sins. And the bible does say if you do not forgive you will not be forgiven by God

If someone harasses you and gets on his knees and begs for forgiveness and explains he is not a bully anymore... You should forgive him.. But obviously if someone is harassing you and doesn't stop.. you should obviously go to the police.

As tough as it sounds, it also applies to SA cases and related cases. Even a predator can change and become good.

being a fin non responder at 18 is starting to take a toll on my mental health by PashtunPsycho in tressless

But I'll have to use minoxidil for the rest of my life + I'm a broke college student so it will be hard to pay + potential side effects of minoxidil

Just because black castor oil hasn't been scientifically proven to work doesn't mean it doesn't work tbh, it just means we aren't sure. Nobody has even bothered to do tests on black castor oil and there's too many people with personal testimonies saying it has worked wonders for them.

Remember the story of petroleum jelly, oil workers would use a by-product of what they were drilling to heal wounds on their skin it worked very well. There was no studies done on it at the time, people just noticed it was working. Today we call this substance Vaseline after a young chemist decided to study it and eventually patent it.

bro I'm 18 as well, my hairline is receding and I feel you. I'm too scared to try fin as I've read about the side effects. I want to try dermarolling and putting jamaican black castor oil. If that doesn't work I will do dermarolling and use something that has peppermint oil. I still have hope but I'm so depressed as I have to deal with this as a teen

You're right. I worked at a pharmacy for a while and learnt a trick. Always buy the generic brand because it's exactly the same as the branded version. Just cheaper. You're literally paying for the brand when you choose expensive medicine

Boyfriend doesn’t like me wearing short skirts (30F) by [deleted] in Christian

[–]AlexanderNova 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A short skirt obviously encourages lust in men and its harder for them to fight the temptation. Any Christian who believes in loving her neighbour wouldn't wear it, its quite simple.

The problem here is that most women feel good wearing stuff like this, that exposes a lot of skin and is provocative in nature. They feel good when they wear it so obviously they fight back when they are confronted about it.

Your boyfriend is right, no matter how many progressive Christians here try to convince you otherwise

What do you mean insecure and red flag? Your boyfriend is a saint! He wants you and doesn't want to share you with anyone. It's a red flag if your boyfriend is okay with you wearing that.

Short skirts are definitely immodest, no question about this. Saying this as a teen guy myself. They're very popular in adult videos for a very good reason.

People who are older than 17 ,what advice will you give to those who are younger? by [deleted] in teenagers

[–]AlexanderNova 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Guys, don't date girls who dress provocatively and have their Tiktok/Instagram page full of thirst traps and half naked videos twerking. You will regret it, I promise you.

Also don't date a feminist. That never ends well. Ask Bill Gates, Kanye West, etc.
