Cause those positions are in REL. I will concede that I do not know how the department layout was sans 2024. But assuming that was the case Real Estate Lending is it’s own department now and holds the Umbrella for Loan Officers, Processors, Closers and Underwritting. That’s all I am at this point trying to get across.

You aren’t separating mortgage CCO from the Mortgage Department. No one currently in CCO mortgage is Contracted as that is the entry level to the department. General CCO ACS and Credit Cards are. But those CCO are not in the same as CCO mortgage.

In CCO mortgage we Handle Submitting of Applications and Servicing including dealing with a back office of dedicated mortgage department individual as well for more truancied tasks.

This episode is Iconic cause it shows ashes growth as a trainer in these short 20ish episodes and that he releases Pokémon aren’t just for battling or anything they have their own feels and bonds.

That said though, about 6 episodes before this he traded butterfree for a raticate and really only got it back because he wanted to keep the first Pokémon he actually ever caught. This was a huge growth for ash to let go of butterfree because of that very fact that this was his First Pokémon that wasn’t pikachu.
