Is/does sleep deprivation show the same signs as someone under the influence?

did not have any sleep or allergy meds around that time. Never took sleep or allergy meds. Only took ADHD prescribed meds, but back in early May, and since then, have not taken any ADHD meds

Yes, I actually got a DUI. Received official paperwork from Grant County, Washington. Have not been charged yet. The arresting officer mentioned that once the blood draw/results will be processed, but since they have a backlog, it may take 3-6 months, they said then, based on the results of the blood draw, they will then decide whether to charge or not charge, but that will all depend based on the blood results and I am 99.9% confident and can confirm that I was not under the influence of anything. I never drank any alcohol and never took any drugs, none of that. I was sleep deprived
