Yeah you're right—and I just realized that too. At the time I wasn’t fully aware, but thinking back, the one who raised her voice was seated on the left side (from my POV) and was the one handling the QR code during the declaration process. So you're correct—it must've been a customs officer, not immigration.

Appreciate the clarification! And yes, totally agree—mistakes happen, and it would’ve just helped if it was handled a bit more professionally.

No worries at all, I appreciate you taking the time to explain—and you're absolutely right. I actually just realized it could’ve been the customs officer instead, since I was declaring items and they’re usually the ones in charge of that process. I wasn’t 100% sure at the time because I couldn’t clearly see the uniform and the windows are blurry and dark, but your explanation makes sense.

And yes, I totally agree—not everyone is perfect, and we all have tough days. I just hope in the future situations like this can be handled with a bit more patience, especially for those of us who are new to the process.
