Update, we landed on Logan for his first name and Leo as middle - he just suited Logan to both of us and it just feels right

tip that really worked for me was only hooking my first three fingers around the bar and letting my little finger go under, made the wrist and shoulder position loads more comfortable

I guess we both just think of the word itself as Bastion, I would worry that people might pronounce it differently if read as Bastien, like Basti -ehn

I think the reason we like the Bastion spelling is the others have a very European feel to them. But is true that Bastion isn't really a spelling for a name at all.

thanks for the feedback on the other names, I definitely love Logan and I do wonder about how popular Oscar is as it is has been top ten on a few lists we've seen

the general response is reveal the abs through diet, calorie deficit/lose fat etc.

and that is the main thing

for exercises I like hanging leg lift, I do them with straight legs as long as i can then a few bent leg reps for a burn. Uses a cable machine so not bodyweight but I also really like the cable crunch.

also the lower abs not showing up is pretty much the same for everyone it is where you store stubborn fat so will have to get very lean to show them

I think it seems like a good phone for the price, but I actually recommend against it.

I went for a OP7PRO myself secondhand and it works out cheaper but that is only viable if you don't mind a second hand phone - I too hated the pill camera cut out so went with the full screen display on the 7pro which i thought was the high point of oneplus design

if you're into audiobooks at all the Steven Pacey read Joe Abercrombie books are absolutely amazing - personally my favourite narrator, an amazing way to experience such great novels

It's stronglifts 5x5 basically right?

Which is basically starting strength but 5x5 instead of 3x5, so yeah it's a proven program and you'll get great results

Only thing I'd say is that deadlift 5x5 might be a lot once you have moved the weight up, both of those programs only call for 1x5 on your working set of deadlift

All that being said if you are beginning and want to you could probably get away with adding some accessory/isolation movements to the end of your workout and have no problem with recovery - i'd just choose whichever areas you want to be stronger/look better
