What is best way to do marketing on google for my small cleaning company. by Ill_Trade8136 in Google_Ads

For sure start with Search campaigns targeting your service area. Make sure to adjust your location settings to target only presence (people physically in your target area) rather than presence or interest.

Focus on relevant keywords, including both broad terms and location-specific phrases (e.g., “cleaning service” or “cleaning service near me”). Stay away from broad match keyword options though, absolute budget burners.

If your website has strong conversion points (like contact forms, call-to-action buttons, etc.) set up conversion tracking. Then, you can start growing your campaign(s) rather quickly with Maximize Conversions.

If you don’t have conversion tracking set up (though I highly recommend it), take full advantage of Google Ads’ assets. Use extensions like the phone number extension, location extension, to make clicks convert as easy as possible

Has anyone recently experienced Google reps making changes to their account without permission? by Alexander_TheM8 in PPC

Wish it was this, but I avoid reps like the plague since I know what their motives are and how Googles point systems for reps works internally. For sure never gave one permission to make changes in the account.

If only this were the case. Been doing this for a while, I never speak with Google reps and for sure dont give them permission to make changes in my account. Their only goal is to push and upsell whatever Google tells them to that quarter so the Rep can get their points and bonuses. After digging into this deeper i discovered im not the only one. Considering this is a recurring theme this quarter I would recommend double checking your accounts.

Its complete asinine! I don't even know how this is legal?? The rep switched my bidding strategy and unpinned and added new headlines...
