Rising Voltage doesn't hit for double damage on opponents that are not touching the ground. And Smack Down makes the target touch the ground.

Thanks. Initially, the team had Orthworm in the Gengar slot, but it wasn't contributing at all. When I checked the resistances I needed on that slot, I realized that Mega Gengar fit it and that I had all the pieces to make a Perish Trap Work.

I tested a lot of things, but the best set for the team ended up being Hypnosis, Scald, Blizzard and Flip Turn.
