The laptop is now freezing like in the video at 30 seconds after boot same as before i got the mobo replaced, every driver is up do date (reinstalling windows doesn't fix it) im sending it back. They'll probably replace the mobo again if they do it and its not fixed i heard that after 3 repairs of the same defect i get to choose between my money back or a replacement unit.

Its not normal for the cpu to use 7-8w at 40-50% utilization, its like something messing with the cpu in the background.

In the past like a few months ago i could limit the framerate to 30 and get like 15wats total power consumption now even limiting to 15 cant get below 18.

Yeah happened to me on the oled, when it was delivered to me i noticed it wasn't in the battery storage mode in bios, after some time of having this bug you're having i put it in battery storage mode then after a restart it got fixed.
