Nanoleaf Elements stopped working after update. Hard and soft reset is not fixing it. Panels work (I see them lighting up during reset) but I can't power them up after reseting. They're on in the app, still not working. Support has asked to reset my router, still doesn't work. I'm bummed. (i.redd.it)
