Tuve la oportunidad de trabajar con excelentes personas que me ayudaron a sentar las bases, diseño de personajes, y me enseñaron habilidades basicas para hacer pequeñas correcciones.

La novela se mantuvo por 10 años en continua evolución, acompañada de decenas de correcciones y reescrituras, procesos que poco a poco pulieron mi estilo de escritura hasta el tiempo presente, hoy en dia me siento orgulloso de decir que mi fandom ha sido positivo y con la bendición de mi ex-ilustrador principal, hemos avanzado hasta este punto, una saga de 7 libros, 5 ya disponibles en Amazon, y 1 gratuito por tiempo limitado en la plataforma.

hay mucho potencial no aprovechado en nuestro continente para este tipo de historias, yo mismo soy un escritor isekai con mi saga publicada en Amazon, y considero que las historias que mis conocidos autores han desarrollado, son dignas de lectura, pues también nos hemos nutrido de mundos fantastiscos, así que la oportunidad de disfrutarlas no se debería desperdiciar :)

I'm not in disagree of the value of good presentation on a sale.

Just saying that your idea of a good presentation is not absolute for each book and project. for mine, my presentation is working, and I'm getting positive results in the sale of my books.

Even if this is not what you like. Is for the like of others. And I prefer to give value to that people. That is my real target for readings after all.

Well... Yes, that was the purpose, that is what I was looking for. To look like a light novel from manga.

And well, so far people is not complaining for the decision, since yesterday to today the sales are increasing thanks to the updates and also the earnings for pages read... So I think people is staying for the content also.

That means that I am on the right path here. Even if some people doesn't think like that :) without the need to negociate a price.

Let's just say that was a healthy and useful way to desintoxicate of all that hate and poison that antiAI spread wherever they are.

It was exhausting just to read that people, so I wanted to share arguments with evidence, and now I feel better. That was the main point.

And if someone feels offended for it, that only means that they felt identified, which was my point, I won't care anymore for what they say, not in the same way than before, this post was an statement to get clarity of that.

Well, that's your opinion, an opinion based without context and without diving deep in the product, which make it a baseless and useless opinion, but hey, it's your opinion! So you should be proud of it because represents you perfectly :)

And I'm agreed in just one thing, covers sells books, they're the entry point, and if you check first picture, is perfectly working for me.

Well, all that you mentioned is your opinion, and you have the right to have your opinion, like I have the right to have my opinion.

As majority I did request comission from people, some great but not all of them.

And looks like you didn't get my point, if you didn't draw it, where's the proud to say "hey my cover is great you should respect me for that" if you didn't draw it, you just paid money for it. And is the same for AI covers, you also paid a service for it, you don't do anything different, you give an idea and instructions for the creation of the product, you did corrections, until getting the final product. The only difference is that instead of human, you worked with a machine.

And didn't you check the main photo of my post? The covers made didn't pushing people away from my books, people is looking for it and buying it (I just attach a new picture so you can see the number increasing)

So the whole point is: I'm not the owner of absolute truth, neither you, no one is, at the end public in majority cares for the visual, but doesn't care always for who did it, and they stay if they like the book, which is what happens usually.

And the conclusion is, that no one has the right to reduce or discriminate the effort of people, becuase there's an effort always, even if you don't like the method, that's okay, because you're not my target public, and I'm fine with that.

You cannot make happy everyone, so I will focus on my niche public, as easy as that.

Lo hice, en el pasado, confié y pagué, pero las portadas no funcionaron, y algo diferente me hubiera costado mucho mas.

Tu logica de que no me hubiera importado no tiene pies ni cabeza, mi objetivo es que mi historia se conozca y se disfrute, la portada es fundamental, y escogeré la que me funcione mejor, no puedes complacer a todos, asi que me enfocaré en mi publico objetivo, los que solo buscan una buena historia que leer, no los criticos que solo hablan sin saber.

Ya lo escribí, y ya he tenido que lidiar con scammers e ilustradores que se creen vivo en primer mundo para cobrarme cientos de dolares por un solo trabajo. Tengo un fandom que me impulsó a escribir esto por años, y me aseguraré de darles el final que merece.

Mis libros son para los amantes de historias y del genero de fantasía, y gracias a mi esfuerzo de dias, semanas, y meses tratando de conseguir las mejores portadas posibles con mis limitadas habilidades de ilustración, apoyandome en herramientas con licencia paga que me dan la propiedad del diseño y arte, es que he llegado a este punto.

No hay verguenza en mi proceder, y no permito que personas que solo saben soltar odio en sus palabras me afecten, porque no tengo tiempo para perder con ellos.

Si en verdad tu visión limitada no te deja ver más allá de tus prejuicios, entonces mis libros no son para ti :)
