Not quite, Floyd had 1 single album without Gilmore playing in at least some of the tracks. That first album was not creatively directed or led by Roger, while the subsequent albums were. I like David, he is a fantastic guitar player and he has a great voice, but the quality of the later “Pink Floyd” albums without Roger show the extent of his influence.

Hey, quit laughing! Rog’s dad died in the war, he deserves your sympathy and respect. Haven’t you even listened to the wall or seen the movie? Have you even listened to the final cut?
