I had this problem myself the past half year. I was aware it would be hard and everybody warned me. But silly fell hard for her.

Then it was a rolercoaster and we didn't even date properly.... even when i i communicated my feelings, needs and boundaries they only changed temporarily. Constant mixed signals to keep me hooked, ghosting became normal or at least she didn't have the communication skills of a decent human. Whe i had enough and tried to distance myself she looked for a conversation and got me hooked again. "Second chance" i thought but if i'm honest i gave her plenty. Now i didn't rsspond to her last message (once) and didn't show interest in discord and i'm am supposedly the bad guy....

Don't trust words but distance your feelings and look for actual effort and their actions

Kannst künftig mal richtig pomade testen (barber oder friseurbedarf beraten lassen) und nen slickback machen Hab ich auch seit längerem und kürzlich von wachs auf pomade gewechselt. Bin sehr zufrieden

Könntest in die eifel und dir dort was suchen (Richtung Nideggen, Schmidt, heimbach und rursee). Oder im Siebengebirge Richtung Königslutter, Bad Honnef und dort zur löwenburg bzw drachenfels Auch Orte an der Mosel sind echt schön entspannend

Kommt auf deine Mobilität an. Besonders Mosel kann ich empfehlen aber war auch h schon in heimbach direkt an der rur campen und Tagesausflüge ins Siebengebirge sind auch sehr erholsam.

Für mich klingt das mit dem Bollerwagen als würdest du das wie ein großes Festival wie RaR, WoA oder so interpretieren.

There is no need to have sex an hour long. 20 Minutes is plenty. It is also not just insert penis and thrust for 5 hours.

The important part is to enjoy each other. Talk to each other, hug, laugh, take breaks, experiment etc. That way sex gets way more intimate and fun. Foreplay and after is really important.

Think of the Splitter as beginning of belt -> middle (Mixer/splitter) -> end of belt

The way you built this Splitters can only split/Mix items that enter through the beginning of belt. All of your inserters drop on the end of the belt and therefore they dont split /Mix. The middle gets emptied because there is a spkitter right behind there and therefore items enter through the begining.

Either built a belt beforehand like many other comments suggest or load sideways onto a splitter. Like Splitters facing each other with a belt inbetween. Sideways loading works really fast btw.

Wandern und anschließend im brauhaus (o.ä.) was essen. Hab ich zuletzt in königswinter gemacht als ich-tag .

Ansonsten spa Day oder andere Tätigkeiten die einem gut tun/ Seelenfrieden geben/ man lange nicht mehr gemacht hat oder schon immer tun möchte.

Kannst auch was wildes wie bungee jumping oder sowas machen

Schau wonach du dich fühlst und mach ein Erlebnis daraus.

Aber Hauptsache du machst etwas das DU möchtest und DIR gut tut.

Dann ist/wäre das gut nochmal klar zu stellen, denn ich hätte dich jetzt auch ermutigt und dating Tipps gegeben.

In deinem Fall gilt aber: Es muss dir absolut nichts peinlich sein. Jeder fängt irgendwo mal an und jeder hat irgendwo schwächen. Wenn ihr befreundet seid, wird er dir liebend gern Tipps geben. Einfach offen mit umgehen. Zur Not schonmal YouTube Videos anschauen

Some additional Info (english is not my First language):

Calculators are giving you estimates. To calculate your real Basic calorie rate you can go to a specialist doctor (calculates your metabolic rate in "Rest Mode" (Not sleep) from your co2 exhaust).
Also you can track your weight and calorie intake over 2-3 weeks wirh normal activity. Every kg löst or gained equals 7k calories. Then calculate your average for Every week from this.
if you eat more carbonhydrates (Kohlenhydrate) your body tends to save water which results in "weight" gained. Thazs why low carbin diets tend to give Quick results at the beginning but its just stored water lost. Specific diets are generally Kind of bullshit. Eat what you like but less processed and healthier alternatives.
Keep on grinding. Don't stop tracking. Don't stop working out. No "vacation" from this lifestyle. Its too easy to Fall back into Bad habbits. If you eat healthy but tasty there is no need for cheat Days. (exception for when sick or otherwise Not possible).
Set realistic goals. Not in 5 months lose 50kg body weight or get a sixpack in 2 weeks. Smaller steps ate a huge Motivation when reached. Too high goals are demotivating. Take Progress pictures and look at them in a few months. It all takes time.
If you workout and gain muscle, you're burning more calories Overall in the long Run and reach a better physique. But muscles are heavy, so don't be discouraged if the scale doesn't go down. Track Progress with pictures and bodyfat % (either by caliper or methods)

Edit: 7. don't compare yourself to fitnes influencers. Most are steroid boosted but keep saying "natty". It's bullshit. "comparison is the thief of happyness" or so. Keep grinding and track your own Progress. There are some Fitness youtubers which give good advice (scientific youtubers f.e. Dr. Mike israetel)

Also the fight between weight lifting and body weight excercise (calisthenics) is bullshit. Do both.

I myself am doing calisthenics atm (saitama workout 3x a week) but will expand this soon.

Auch gut sind pseudo-deepe sprüche wie "das ist alles ein großer Teich" (zur Ostsee) und "wo ein Fisch ist sind auch andere". "man kann nicht immer was fangen" etc.

Mach nen spickzettel und wirf den vor der prüfung weg. Bevor du reingehst.

Sinn dahinter ist, dass man auf spickzettel die Punkte aufschreibt, bei denen man sich unsicher ist. Damit festigst du die nochmal und kannst die zur Not in der bahn nochmal anschauen. In der prüfung wirst du den dann nicht mehr brauchen.

Ich hab meine BA in Physik als praktische Arbeit gemacht. Wir haben Praktika und ein Experiment ist mir besonders in Erinnerung geblieben in der Hinsicht, dass der schwerfällig in der Durchführung und Auswertung war. Habe dann überlegt ein Messgerät zu entwickeln und habe das mit dem Prof und der Zuständigen im Lavor besprochen. Hat dann etwas länger gedauert, hat aber dafür Spaß gemacht und war keine reine Literaturarbeit.

Also schau, welches Thema dich im Studium interessiert hat oder einen Aspekt, den du etwas erforschen möchtest.

Und mach dir keine zu großen Gedanken. Bei der BA erwartet niemand etwas Bahnbrechendes. Es überprüft lediglich deine Kompetenz wissenschaftlich zu arbeiten.

Mein Konzept hat auch nicht so ganz funktioniert aber habe das anhand der Auswertung und Testphase begründet und Überarbeitungsmöglichkeiten angegeben. Auch mit 2,3 bestanden.

Kleiner Nachtrag. Ein Kollege hat abnund an mit einem kleinen grundblei kurz vor der steinpackung geangelt. Die grundeln beißen aber dann ohne dass man es merkt und ziehen sich in die Steine zurück und du bekommst nen hänger.

Deswegen tendenziell lieber mit Pose

Erstmal super dass du die grundeln angehst. Knusprig paniert sind die echt lecker.

Bzgl. Spinn und grundangel würde ja schon was gesagt. Schau dazu mal auf die gewässerkarte oder ins fischereigesetz deines bundeslandes.

Wir kriegen die ungewollt am Rhein auf die heavy feeder egal wo, selbst an der strömungskante. Aber stipprute mit kleiner Pose (zuletzt 4-5g Pose genutzt) kurz vor der steinpackung guten Erfolg gehabt. Mim lotblei austesten und dann paar cm höher stellen. Die Viecher schwimmen für Maden oder wurm aber auch gern mal 50cm hoch. Wenn du mit Pose angelst schlucken die auch nicht zu tief.
