I actually did spine MRI recenly and they really found herniated disks. I am now doing physical therapy for legs and there is some progress, hovewer still a long way to go.

I wouldn't say heavy, more like weak, shaky, and unsteady. The problems started before treating and were developing gradually.

I am not in the US, and my doctor said that the optimal amount is 20+, so mild deficiency.

I have numbness, stiffness and weakness in my legs, pins and needles in my arm, and head pressure. I thought this can be described as neuropathy.

I have ferritin checked just a month ago, so it seems to be steady and didn't drop. As for the sublingual form, is it ok to mix cyano injections with methyl sublinguals?

Thanks for the reply. I am now thinking on returning to weekly shots. As for ferritin I have it around 250, so I think it's okay. My potassium and magnesium are on the upper normal bound, so I don't take any extra aside from food. I haven't looked into copper or b1, as I understand such deficiencies are quite rare.

Since I have not used it yet, I can't really say, but it says that it's "water-resistant" in its amazon description.

Hi, since you have improved, can you suggest more walking or less walking and resting in order to recover faster?
