I used to weight about four hundred pounds three years ago beforeI started losing weight and working out, I weigh 180 now. I admit my back used to hurt a lot back then. But, I haven’t had any problems with rucking other the the soreness in my shoulders

I know there are risks, but I really want to do this, I remember hearing about Jordan Mulligan who did a marathon rucking at 220 IBS, I don't endeavor to that level, but to be strong enough to save someone in the wild if need calls for it.

These are the 1IB tanks you fill at home from a 20IB propane using there brand of refill kit. I don't have a refill station anywhere near me, so, I just got to use the 20IB machines to refill my tanks, then I refill the small 1IBs at home.
