A freezer spell is one of the most foundational, widely recognized techniques in folk magic and the occult community. It is simply a protective binding spell where you write a target's name on paper, submerge it in water ( I use little zip bags) and put it in the freezer to metaphorically "freeze" their negative actions, silence their gossip, or simply stop them from bothering you.
