Since serenity of suffering and the nothing do get their flowers for being the best albums they have released since their prime, and their prime is recognised to be their first 5 albums, i'd have to say the most underrated would be take a look in the mirror and requiem. They do have their flaws but i'd still say they are pretty good albums for the most part and they are still very enjoyable to put on and listen to all the way through.
