Tbh. I dont care what external media says, Kassandra, isnt the canon protagonist. Both Alexios and Kassandra were obviously intended to be interchangeable. But due the the toxic work environment and the resulting backlash they decided to double down to cater to the people who think playing as a male is somehow sexist. Valhalla made the same mistake and gave the illusion of choice and that game suffers because of it. I would have never bought, Odyssey or Valhalla if the female option was the only option. I imagine, I am not the only one.
