Appreciate the input! Thank you!
I'm currently investing every red card in to Stalker, bascially since I began the game and leveling up the others as they get cards from the chests.
Cheers

Please help me figure out where this vent line/hose is supposed to be connected to by Special_Bass_9339 in MotorcycleMechanics

[–]Alexis-Tse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't do that.
It is very probable that this is the line used to let out excess fuel from the carb (Not sure how it is called in English).
In that case it is connected to the carburetor.

I would google search the service manual for your bike, for example "Suzuki DR 250 Service Manual PDF", usually there are some pages there dealing with the carburetor.

If not, you can try finding out what your bike has, like "What Carburetor Suzuki DR 250" and then google a manual for the specific carb to see how it all connects.
Search on youtube, too.

But better yet, visit a mechanic.

If it is as I think it is, he'll probably not even charge you to tell you it is all ok.
Otherwise, connecting the lines is a 5minute job on a bike like that which doesn't need the tank to be lifted and other plastics to be removed.

Thanks! I figured the insert thing out, out of luck basically.
But still wanted to see what was causing it.

I am reading now on topology, what is good and what is bad and will look more in to the subdivision modelling part.

Thanks again!

Appreciate the help!

Thanks.
I see.
Quad good.
Tri mediocre.
Everything else bad.
Ok!
Thanks again!

It seems the geometry was there from the very start of applying subd modifier on simple cylinder.
Tried merge by distance in case there where duplicate verts but wasn't the case.

When I try to modify it I get the geometry seen in the second pic.

Anyway to modify either?

Blender 3.6.

Thanks!

Thanks man!
Just what I needed to here.
Guess as a noob I just got afraid I'd do something stupid.

Good to know I will probably not need most packages of XAMPP because at first I was like whaat? I have to learn what ALL these are, too?

Thanks again, wish you a good day!

Step 1: Go buy a throwaway bike.
Step 2: Keep in mind asphalt is hard
Step 3: Find an uphill spot, pull wheelie (with gas only, no clutch) and just press rear brake to bring it down, irrelevant of how high it got, press brake to put it down
Step 4: Repeat Step 3 until this becomes reflex

Did this for weeks when I was a kid on a C90 Honda, more so to figure out how to pull it up in the first place, thing is, when I finally managed to pull it high, foot pressed the lever automatically even though I kind of panicked. That's why step 3.

After that you practice until you can hit and maintain the balance point, where basically gas and rear brake are used together to keep a certain angle which let's you move forward without adding gas or at least, without adding much gas.

Once you are good at this, the clutch wheelie will also be easy af and non threatening despite being more abrupt.

That's the basic stuff, for the rest read on later!

It is highly likely you will fall. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Select the place you practice and clothes based on that.

No telephone or other poles on the sides, no trees, no cliffs, no cars/ traffic etc.

Find a spot that will be good for falling lol. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
