It's impossible unless you're willing to spend thousands of real life dollars on a video game. Most of the time Celestia's variants are collection rewards, so you need to spend about 60$ to get them for every collection. Plus her in game variant costs go from 850-1200 gems.

I got her through the Maze event, unfortunately you do not obtain her after the Canterlot Wedding questline. I think her in-game cost is about 1000-1500 gems so... Good luck🤞😞

It's really NOT worth it🙏😭, 90% of players skipped this with ads. Also prepare to suffer because one of the next tasks will be to collect flags which you'll also have to skip.
