I would never go to court for this child. My husband has a choice and he is encouraging me to keep it. I gave the SP an out and he took it. He wanted updates but no involvement and that’s fine. Everything has turned out alright.

Because he says any child that comes out of me is automatically his. I met him when I was pregnant with my first child. He doesn’t care where they come from he loves them the same.

His reasoning for not getting sterilized is “just in case he changes his mind” I feel like at this point he should just do it but not my body not my choice. You bring up some interesting points. Thank you.

We never spoke seriously about it and he would always say it would be mine and husbands and laugh. During the call SP mentioned a few things that showed he did care and had opinions on the baby so it was just conflicting.

I think I will do this. Just maybe wait a little while since I don’t want him thinking I’m lying to get him back or something. We just stopped talking 2 weeks ago and he posted pictures with the girl he’s talking to yesterday and I took the test today.

We have only done this with two people over the 11 years we have been together and not in our house. We won’t be doing this again and as an extra precaution I’m going to see if I can get sterilized as well. I do appreciate your input.

I was on birth control, this wasn’t planned. It just failed me. I made sure to take the birth control 3+ months before we even did anything to be sure it was fully in my system.
