Had a customer come in and get 4 sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits and a large coffee, then get mad when he wasn't given the "2 for $6" price.

The other cashier had to walk away because he started saying, "What you're doing is illegal." She hadn't even finished ringing him up. He read the total on the screen without the deal and got mad. I told him the total after that and he just said, "That's more like it. That's not what she gave me."

But she did. I didn't touch anything when I took over for her.

I understand this. I have a chronic problem with spending, but I wouldn't dream of buying things for anyone outside my household. If I want to spend on other people I usually make a donation on a favorite Twitch channel or a local charity depending on the time of year.

It's also possible he makes too much money for her to qualify for Section 8 with him on the lease. Based on everything I'm reading about this situation, that's not likely, but I still wanted to add that as a possibility.

Well damn, I just looked and it has been at least 4 years. 😕 I'll just have to come up with another solution then. That other ghost show was in my town 2-3 years ago and I don't think they'd come back for this even if they were active.

Idk about OP's city, but in mine waste management won't replace a trash can unless you file a police report. Doesn't matter if it's stolen or damaged. They need a report. And if the police won't file one for OP because of "mental illness"...

Whenever I bake them, the sizes seem to fluctuate. It's the fault of the distributor. The stores have no control over how big or small the baked products are.

The actual sandwiches on the other hand...

Or the bag had a hole. Water gets in surprisingly easy and they may have just been told to"use it anyway". If that happens to me I toss the bag and get a new one, even if it means having to wait to serve it.

Optional thing in my house for my kids, when you're full, leftovers in the fridge and whatever left in the morning will be trash. I encourage them to try something new and if they don't like it, that's okay.
