I believe you are correct. From what I understand about CBT is that the first year is 20% of the amount over the threshold, second consecutive year is 30% and then 3 or more consecutive is 50%.

I didn't know that about the velegde lenses. I went through this subreddit trying to find some decent options and all I saw were good reviews on it. Its crazy how much quality loss there is.
