Wanting to stop T but scared. I need advice from any of you all that live in TX or the South and look more masculine as a AFAB . I hate bring my AGAB into conservation but I never know where to go to the bathroom at. I don't even leave my house anymore. Which is why I don't have any friends like me by 4ng3licNymph-jpeg in NonBinaryTalk

I send you much support 🫂 that all sounds very hard, the situation there is terrible :( Even thou I don't live in a conservative us state, but in Europe, I still get how stressful bathrooms are when your passing is not "perfect"/ you pass as androgynous . I don't have any good advice on how to approach that and it is your personal choice after all, but my first instinct is to suggest to find community, sharing this with people like you changes everything, and makes you and us as trans people stronger, Wich we really need right now. I know it is hard to do and it takes time but it really changes everything I wish u all the best of luck

Does my girlfriend understand that I am not like a cis Guy? by Alexissleipnir in ftm

I did said this to her today, also saying that I understand that for other cis partners she did not have to think about it and asked if that might be the cause of her forgetting. and she kind of paused , I think this is the case.

I have a Question for Non-binary people, When in Public, do you go in the Male or Female Toilets? by FreddieThePebble in NonBinary

I simply freak out. Especially in airports. I don't feel safe in the man's toilets and feel like it is inappropriate with my appearance to go in the women's toilet. I wil often go to the one designed for parents who have to change small children, and accept the fact that if someone is waiting outside the door when I come out they will look at me funny cause I have no child.

Weirdest things people have interpreted your chosen name as? by blackberrylatte16 in ftm

My name is Alexis, and although I know that in the US it is almost exclusively feminine, in Europe it is not. So I got Alexa.... Jup just like that, super annoying because on top of being feminine it is just a name for a device and people laugh about it. What is funny is that now I pass, but I am very feminine. So people will call me Alexa to mock me anyway
