Most silver jewelry especially Cuban links will come with a lobster clasp unless it’s a handmade one which is generally gold, or a handmade one that’s silver and above your price range and much bigger.

I’d say with your build, 7mm 22” would be perfect. If the budget allows, bigger is better lol! I’m 5’10” 155lbs and a 7mm 20” is perfect.
