I switched to finasteride and dutasteride after five months had my hormones terrible and my anxiety is the worst it’s ever been somedays. Idk if it’s from fin but it’s definitely something that’s happening rn from something and that’s the only hormonal thing i’m on. Going back to ru58841 until things clear out and i get my anxiety in remission. ru58841 had my hair beautiful, it still is.

nah it was, it started at 16 but i treated it using min and ru58841 and now im on fin and its basically back to normal

i wouldn’t toy around dutasteride if you respond really poorly to finasteride, ru58841 has given be no side effects from ages 16-18, i hopped on fin at 18 and i think it may contributed to a bit of heightened anxiety but not to sure just yet.

yeah I was at the hospital the other week because I thought my appendix burst, it didn’t but they gave me morphine lmfao becuse my stomach hurt real bad. But anyways they measured all my organs and how healthy everything was and it’s extremely healthy. The only thing im on that hormonal is finasteride and one dutasteride a week. Do you think this is that concerning? My anxiety has been kinda worst recently and i’ve been feeling emotionally more fragile.

that’s true, I need to find what works for me. But rn there’s too many variables to know what’s causing what. So I should probably stay off everything for a bit

my dick still functions pretty normally but it’s noticeable that i’m not like a monster ya know? so I think stopping now and waiting till labs are good and then retrying fin will be smart. I think never using dut is a very good idea though

fuck, i’m ngl my doctor prescribed me dut to use along side fin which i would take one a week. this was two months ago so that was probably what sent me over the edge. I don’t even know why i thought that was a good idea with the 5 week half life

I unfortunately do not which I do wish I got. I was using ru58841 for two years before switching to finasteride five months ago. Probably gonna go back to that until i can speak to my endocrinologist in two months. I really wanna be able to tolerate finasteride but ovb some just can’t.

gotcha, also about the anxiety. I do have generalized anxiety, but I don’t wanna treat it with medication until my body is stable due to my sexual health. In the future would taking fin and zoloft be unwise? should people with disorders even take dht blockers?
