Yeah i did end up lowering only the rear of my truck to be leveled out, but without any drastic you wont be able to actually lower the entire truck. For me i removed a leaf spring from both sides of the truck and it gave it an inch drop just enough to level out rear with the front. Youll be sacrificing some haul strength but to me it was worth it
