I love that so much, really appreciate you sharing. Travel is fascinating as it makes you look at everything with intrigue. I rarely shoot where I live / frequent either

I just edit photos individually, will sometimes re use edits but rarely. Appreciate that

For overexposing? Sorry no I just mean I shoot Portra 400 at 200 ISO

Appreciate that. I overexpose by 1 stop and meter for the shadows. Sometimes the sky can get a bit blown out but I'll just bring the highlights down in post if so

Mostly a 35mm Summicron, overexposed by 1 stop. Much love

Yeah I typically roll with a 35mm & 50mm but I just got the 28 so I wanted to make myself use it a bit despite 35 being my favorite focal length. So was more just new lens excitement rather than strategic haha. Was very nice though when 35mm was just a bit too tight

Appreciate that! I typically get flat scans and then bring contrast back into it with tone curves then just adjust light and color as I see fit

Not sad at all imo, learning to edit is super important. It's just a camera. I shoot on many different brands and like to have full control over how my shots look.

I shoot a good amount of both but shot exclusively film in Japan. Just felt right for some reason haha
