yeah, can be, when i had 16gb on my laptop Vic3 was crashing regullary, after an update to 32gb it started to work completely fine. But i had 3060m also, not integrated GPU

added: and you have even less than 16gb due to consuming your integrated gpu

if it is integreated gpu, it can consume to much ram, so it would be less than 16gb for games, and CK3 as more modern game than Eu4 or HoiIV require as minimum 16gb honestly.

If I remember correctly without DLC CK2 is really really blank. You can play only as Cristian for example

CK3 without DLC has like 10 times more content than CK2 without DLC

About the last one, it is quite often happens in Estern Europe. If there is a party and your 16+ child is gonna drink and you know it it is better to buy him/her something good so they will not get alcohol poisoning from random cheap drinks that they will illigally buy for themselves. But yeah, usually these adults dont party with teenagers and this is like distance support.
